Refund policy
Updated: June 2, 2026
This policy explains when a user may request a refund for prepaid balance and how disputed charges are handled.
When a refund is available
A customer may submit a refund request within 14 days after a top-up if the paid balance was not fully used and the account did not violate service rules.
Refunds are calculated from the unused paid balance. If part of the balance has already been spent, only the remaining paid amount is reviewed for refund.
A refund may also be available for a confirmed payment error, duplicate payment, incorrect charge, or failure to provide paid access due to a service-side issue.
When a refund is not available
Tokens already charged, completed API requests, generated images, and other technically delivered services are not refunded.
Bonus, referral, and promo credits are not cash and cannot be exchanged for money.
A refund may be denied if the request is submitted after the allowed period, the payment cannot be identified, the customer provided inaccurate data, or the account violated service rules.
Refunds are not issued for abuse, fraud or chargeback attempts, limit bypassing, account sharing, or attempts to use the service without payment.
Payment processor, bank, crypto service, or intermediary fees may be deducted if they are not returned to the operator.
Disputed charges
If a user believes a charge is incorrect, they should send the request ID, account email, operation date, and problem description.
The operator checks the usage ledger, request logs, and balance. If a technical error is confirmed, the balance is corrected or a refund is issued.
How to request a refund
Contact support: https://t.me/VIDADS_RU_SUPPORT. Include the account email, top-up date and amount, payment method, payment ID if available, and refund reason.
A refund is available only to the same payment details used for the original payment: the same card, account, wallet, or other original payment instrument.
Refunds to third-party payment details or to a different payment instrument are not issued.
Review period
Refund applications are reviewed manually within 30 calendar days after all required information is received.
If additional information is needed, the review period starts when the customer provides that information.
Until review is complete, the operator may temporarily restrict the disputed balance to prevent double use of funds.
Refund payout period
If the application is approved, the operator sends the refund within 10 business days after the decision.
Actual crediting depends on the bank, payment processor, crypto service, or other payment channel and may take additional time.
If the original payment channel is temporarily unavailable, the refund is processed after it becomes technically possible to return funds to the original payment details.
